Terms & Conditions — VinoEstate

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the VinoEstate website, placing an order, or booking an experience, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Age Verification

You must be of legal drinking age in your country of residence to purchase wine or attend tastings. We reserve the right to verify your age and refuse service if requirements are not met.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer. Payment is processed at the time of order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide via licensed couriers. An adult signature is required upon delivery. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 3–10 business days within the EU, 7–14 days internationally). Customs duties for orders outside the EU are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Tasting & Event Bookings

Reservations are confirmed by email. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.

6. Returns & Refunds

If a bottle arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will issue a replacement or refund. Due to the nature of wine, opened bottles cannot be returned.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, photographs, the VinoEstate name and logo — is the property of Marchetti Family Estate and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

VinoEstate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order or booking concerned.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Siena, Tuscany.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
