01 Visiting the Estate

Yes — all tastings and tours are by reservation only. We recommend booking at least 7 days ahead during high season (May–October).

VinoEstate sits on the hills of Montalcino, Tuscany — about 1h 30m drive from Florence and 45 minutes from Siena. Full directions are sent with your booking confirmation.

Comfortable walking shoes for the vineyard rows, and a light layer for the cellar (it stays around 14°C year-round).

The tasting room and main cellar are wheelchair accessible. Vineyard walks include uneven terrain — please tell us in advance and we will adapt the experience.

02 Tastings & Experiences

A standard tasting is 90 minutes. Vineyard walks run 2 hours. Workshops are a half-day (4 hours).

Children are very welcome on vineyard walks and at the estate. They are not permitted at formal tastings due to alcohol service regulations.

Absolutely. Tell us when booking and our chef will prepare alternatives — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and most allergies.

Yes. Every visitor receives a 10% discount on wines purchased during their visit, with shipping arranged from the cellar door.

03 Wine Shop & Shipping

Yes — we ship to the EU, UK, USA, Canada, Switzerland, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia. Some restrictions apply by state/province.

EU: 3–7 business days. UK & Switzerland: 5–10 days. USA & rest of world: 7–14 days.

EU prices include VAT. For international orders, customs duties are calculated and paid by the recipient at delivery.

Send a photo to cellar@vinoestate.com within 7 days and we will send a replacement at no charge.

Yes — our Cellar Society delivers a curated selection 4 times a year, with member-only releases and event invitations.

04 Private Events

Yes. We host up to 80 guests for seated dinners and 150 for receptions. Contact events@vinoestate.com for a tailored proposal.

We have six guest suites in the historic chateau. They are reserved for private event guests and Cellar Society members.

Yes — team tastings, blending workshops and brand activations. Custom packages available on request.
